Dashboard refresh

At the top of the list is the new dashboard we have been building over the last couple of months. We moved away from a flat black-and-white interface toward warmer colors and a more inviting experience, while also fixing a number of product issues along the way.

The new dashboard is designed to better reflect both the elegance and the utility Fisco aims to offer. Over the next few months, we will keep refining it and improving the experience further.

The new dashboard also lets you create invoices with unique payment links for recipients. Once a recipient pays, an order is created automatically.

We are excited to bring both the new interface and the new workflow improvements to you.

Growth

This year, we phased out the early user program and moved fully into paid plans.

In January, we had just one paying customer. Today, we have three paying businesses, and we are grateful that they trust us with their operations.

These are not dummy accounts. Together, they have processed more than N500,000 in sales and delivered to their customers without needing to manually manage every step.

All they had to do was load their inventory and make their storefronts visible.

You can do the same. There is no reason to spend your day chasing dispatch riders just to figure out whether an order has arrived.

Mobile platforms

We have always listened closely to our users. That is why our web application has been built with a mobile-first mindset from the beginning, even before we had native apps in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Two weeks ago, the Android app was accepted and published on Google Play. Android users can now download Fisco and manage their full business lifecycle directly from their phones.

For iOS users, the app is currently under review with Apple. Once that process is complete, we will share the launch publicly.

Outlook

We are optimistic about where Fisco is headed. The paid user base is growing, and there is much more coming, especially for enterprise use cases.

Fisco is not only a storefront app. You can also use it to manage key parts of your business, including:

• Inventory and audit logs
• Sales and point-of-sale workflows
• Customer management and loyalty systems

What next?

It is still day one for us at Fisco. We want to build the all-in-one operating system for businesses of every size, from the smallest sellers to large teams.
